"We" are Medifies, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates.  This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information through our corporate website (www.medifies.com) and related pages (our "websites").

This privacy policy does not apply to our customer- or plan-specific digital products (including web pages and mobile applications) which may be accessed only by our customers and may contain health information.  Those digital services are covered by separate privacy policies and terms of use which can be accessed from within those services.

This privacy policy also does not apply to information that may be collected on third-party sites or applications (like Facebook or Twitter) linked to or accessible from our websites.  We are not responsible for the privacy policies or data practices of third-party sites.  We encourage you to check the privacy policies of those sites as you visit them.

As our business grows, learns, and changes, our privacy policy may also change from time to time.  Whenever it does, we will update this page to reflect the current version of the policy.  If the changes are substantial, we may prompt you to review the new version of the privacy policy when you visit our site again.  Please check back periodically for updates.

By accessing our websites, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.
