Nate Pagel, CEO and Founder
Nate is a veteran startup entrepreneur who has been the founder or early team member of ten startup companies.  He has been a part of four exits, including the Apple acquisition of Flyby in 2015, the Microsoft acquisition of Mongomusic in 2000, and the Rakuten acquisition of Ebates in 2014 for $1B.  He has a design and engineering background with a degree from Rice University, a post-graduate degree in Fine Arts from The University of Sydney and a decades-long career with video artwork that has shown in 23 countries, the SFMOMA, a UN event, Oberlin College and the Japanese Consulate.

Paul Petronelli, CTO
Paul is an experienced software systems architect who has filed many IP patents for software startups.  He co-founded and was the CTO of RedWave, a startup acquired by Qualcomm.  He is currently Chair of the HL7 Working Group for Mobile Health and annually leads the Health Technology Forum panel on Health Security at Stanford University.

Jim is former President and CEO, Ascension Holdings (Retired). Before that he was CEO, Carondelet Health Network; and Sr. Vice President, System Support Services, and Chief Risk Officer and Corporate Responsibility Officer, Ascension Health. Jim graduated from University of Tampa with a Masters in Business Administration, Post-Graduate Program, Health Care Administration, and has a BS in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Centre College.

Tim Scarvey
Tim was the VP Strategy & Development, HCA Healthcare Division (23 yrs) until recently. He is a Board Member of Jumpstart Health Investors and a member of the Board Of Directors the non-profit Musicians On Call. Board certified in healthcare management, Tim is a Fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives and also the Nashville Health Care Council. Tim graduated with an MS in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis.
